App-Based fitness plan aims to speed lung cancer recovery
NCT ID NCT07478276
Summary
This study tests whether a home-based exercise program using a smartphone app can help people with lung cancer prepare for surgery and recover faster. The program includes 8 weeks of strength and breathing exercises before surgery and 4 weeks of exercises at home after surgery. Researchers will compare this approach to standard care to see if it improves fitness, reduces complications, and helps patients get back on their feet sooner.
