Can speedy At-Home workouts unlock movement for Parkinson's patients?
NCT ID NCT06646523
Summary
This study is testing if a specific type of fast-paced, bodyweight exercise done at home can help reduce movement slowness (bradykinesia) in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will remotely guide 46 participants through a 12-week program, comparing fast exercises to regular-speed ones. The main goal is to see if this accessible, home-based approach can improve slowness, mobility, balance, and quality of life.
