Summary
This study tested a 12-week home exercise program for heart rehab patients with hyperkyphosis (excessive forward curve of the upper back). 62 participants were split into three groups to see if adding posture exercises to standard cardiac rehab improved their back curve, physical performance, and lung function. The goal was to find a simple, at-home way to help these patients move and breathe easier.
