Summary
This study is testing whether a simple home exercise program is practical and helpful for people with high blood pressure. Participants will do wall squat exercises three times a week for 12 weeks at home, with remote guidance, and receive lifestyle advice. The research aims to see if this approach is easy to stick with and if it helps lower blood pressure over 24 weeks.
