This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program can help people with head and neck cancer maintain movement, muscle strength, and good posture while undergoing radiation therapy. Twenty-four adults who had surgery and were scheduled for radiation took part. The goal was to see if exercises could reduce common side effects like stiffness and weakness.
