Summary
This study tested whether a home exercise program could help people with head and neck cancer manage side effects during their radiotherapy treatment. It involved 24 patients who had surgery and were scheduled for curative radiotherapy. Researchers wanted to see if exercises could help patients keep their normal neck and shoulder movement, maintain muscle strength, and improve their posture.
