Could your home be making your lung disease worse?

NCT ID NCT07457502

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at 100 adults with fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (a type of lung scarring) to see if things like mold, dust, air pollution, and other home factors make the disease progress faster. Researchers will compare patients whose disease is getting worse to those whose disease is stable. The goal is to better understand how the home environment affects lung health and to help patients reduce harmful exposures.
