Summary

This study is testing a new wearable device designed to reduce hand tremors at home. It aims to see if gentle mechanical stimulation on the wrist can help people with Essential Tremor or Parkinson's Disease perform daily tasks more easily. Participants will use different versions of the device over several weeks to help researchers improve its design and measure its effectiveness.
