Summary

This study is testing a vaginal device designed to help women manage chronic bladder pain and pelvic floor muscle tension at home. Participants will use the device three times a week for 12 weeks, applying heat and gentle pressure. The goal is to see if this self-managed therapy safely reduces pain and improves daily life for women with these conditions.
