Summary
This study is testing whether adding practical home decluttering visits to standard group therapy is more effective for treating hoarding disorder. It involves 90 adults in Sweden who will first complete therapy and then be assigned to either receive home visits or wait. The goal is to see if the combined approach better reduces clutter and improves daily life compared to therapy alone.
