Can home exercises help scleroderma patients breathe easier?
NCT ID NCT05533034
Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized home exercise program is practical and acceptable for people with scleroderma (systemic sclerosis) who have early lung disease. Fifteen participants will attend one supervised session and then follow a 3-month program of breathing and aerobic exercises at home. The main goal is to see if people can stick to the program and if it's safe, before testing whether it actually improves breathing and activity levels.
