Summary

This study is testing whether using a simple home breathing device and doing regular walking exercises can help people with moderate to severe COPD. Researchers want to see if these activities can reduce dangerous flare-ups and hospital visits. They are comparing four different approaches over two years to find the best combination for keeping patients healthier.
