At-Home brain zaps tested to ease depression in complex personality disorder
NCT ID NCT06972368
Summary
This study is testing whether a home-based brain stimulation treatment can help reduce depression in people with borderline personality disorder (BPD). 60 participants will use a device at home for 14 sessions over two weeks, receiving either real or fake stimulation to see if the real treatment works better. The research also aims to see if this approach is practical for people living in both cities and rural areas.
