Zapping the brain at home to clear COVID fog

NCT ID NCT05092516

Summary

This study is testing whether a home-based brain stimulation device can help improve thinking problems like brain fog, poor concentration, and slow processing speed in people with long COVID. Participants use a non-invasive device that delivers a mild electrical current to the scalp for four weeks. The goal is to see if this treatment can ease the cognitive symptoms that linger after a COVID-19 infection.
