Can a simple home monitor and a health coach keep your blood pressure in check?

Summary
This study tests whether combining home blood pressure monitoring with support from community health workers helps adults with early high blood pressure keep it under control. About 600 adults from community health centers will either get a home monitor alone or the monitor plus training and coaching. The goal is to see if the extra support leads to better blood pressure over 12 months.
