Home blood pressure checks: can a simple program help millions control hypertension?
NCT ID NCT05885997
Summary
This large study is testing whether a supported home blood pressure monitoring program can help people with high blood pressure get better control of their condition. The program is being rolled out across many primary care practices serving diverse patient populations. Researchers want to see if making it easier for patients to track their blood pressure at home, with some clinical support, leads to better overall blood pressure management compared to usual care.
