Summary

This study tests whether a home-based rapid response team can safely reduce the number of days adults with suspected infection spend in the hospital. About 500 participants are randomly assigned to either standard hospital care or a home assessment and treatment pathway. The goal is to see if home care is a safe and effective alternative to hospital admission for certain infections.
