Summary

This pilot study tests whether a home-based exercise program can safely improve mobility and function in veterans aged 50 and older who have recently healed from a diabetic foot ulcer. The goal is to increase walking speed and daily activity without causing the ulcer to come back. The study involves 26 participants and focuses on feasibility and early signs of benefit.
