First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether a home-based computer training program can improve attention, memory, and thinking in people with acquired brain injury (like from a stroke). Thirty adults in outpatient rehab will either get standard care or a mix of weekly in-person sessions plus home computer training. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps with cognitive skills, mood, and quality of life.
