Summary
This study tested a new mixed reality tool called HOLOBLUEPRINT™, which helps surgeons plan and perform shoulder replacement surgery. 44 adults with shoulder arthritis or rotator cuff tears took part. The main goal was to see how accurately the tool places the implant compared to the pre-surgery plan, and to check for any safety issues over 6 months.
