Summary

This study looks at whether adding a structured exercise and nutrition program to standard weight-loss medication helps adults with obesity keep their muscle and stay physically strong. About 120 people aged 18-70 will either get medication alone or medication plus a six-month lifestyle program with supervised strength training and nutrition counseling. The goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better muscle mass and function over one year.
