Gentler treatment tested for older patients with blood cancer

Summary
This study is testing a drug called tislelizumab as a first treatment for older adults with Hodgkin lymphoma who are not healthy enough for standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this single, immunotherapy drug can effectively control the cancer with fewer side effects. Researchers will measure how well the cancer responds and how long the response lasts in about 28 participants.
