Survivors of hodgkin lymphoma: new study probes hidden effects of past treatment

NCT ID NCT06421987

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at how past treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma (chest radiation and the drug bleomycin) may affect brain blood flow and heart-lung function during exercise. Researchers will compare 100 adult survivors with healthy volunteers using non-invasive brain scans and exercise tests. The goal is to better understand long-term side effects, not to test a new treatment.
