Blood test may predict hodgkin relapse in kids

NCT ID NCT07356882

First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study is looking at whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA (called ctDNA) can help predict if Hodgkin lymphoma will come back in children and young adults under 25. Researchers will follow 400 participants over time to see if ctDNA levels at diagnosis and during treatment can identify those at higher risk of relapse. The goal is to improve treatment decisions and reduce side effects for those who need less intensive therapy.
