Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether adding immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) and radiation before and during surgery can better treat head and neck cancers that persist or come back. About 45 adults with resectable tumors will participate. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also measuring how well the cancer responds.
