Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called HMPL-A251 in adults with advanced or spreading HER2-positive solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose, check for side effects, and get an early look at whether the drug can help shrink tumors. It is for people whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous treatments.
