Healthy volunteers needed to test how meals and heartburn pills change new drug levels
NCT ID NCT07643272
First seen Jun 15, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026
Summary
This early-stage study looks at how food and a common stomach-acid drug (rabeprazole) affect the amount of HMPL-760 in the blood. About 24 healthy adults will take the drug under different conditions—fasting, with a high-fat meal, or after rabeprazole. The goal is to learn how these factors change drug absorption, not to treat any disease.
