New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called HLX43 in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has continued to grow despite standard treatments. About 60 participants will receive the drug at different doses to find the best balance of effectiveness and safety. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink and to monitor side effects.
