New hope for tough esophageal cancers: experimental drug trial opens

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called HLX43 for people with advanced esophageal cancer that has returned or spread after standard treatment failed. The trial aims to find a safe and effective dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer. About 72 participants will receive different doses of the drug to measure how well it works and what side effects occur.
