New drug trial aims to shrink painful nerve tumors

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called HLX-1502 in people aged 12 and older who have neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) with painful or growing nerve tumors called plexiform neurofibromas. The main goal is to see if the drug can safely shrink these tumors by at least 20%, as measured by MRI scans. Researchers will also monitor how long the response lasts and how the body processes the medication.
