Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new oral medication called HLD-0915 for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapies. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help control the cancer. The study is open to men whose cancer has progressed after prior treatments.
