NCT ID NCT06800313
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called HLD-0915 in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) whose cancer has worsened despite prior treatments. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, then testing how well that dose works. About 33 participants will be enrolled. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, since patients will still need ongoing hormone therapy.
