New hope for Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer: experimental drug HLD-0915 enters human trials

Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called HLD-0915 in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) whose cancer has worsened despite standard treatments. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, then testing how well that dose works. About 33 men will take part. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, since patients will still need ongoing cancer management.
