Youth-Led program aims to keep young HIV patients in care

Summary
This study is testing a special support program to help teenagers and young adults with HIV in Kenya successfully move from pediatric to adult healthcare. Researchers will compare two ways of introducing this program across 32 clinics to see which helps more young people stay in treatment and keep their virus under control. The goal is to find an affordable, effective method that clinics can use long-term to support young patients during this critical life transition.
