Early HIV vaccine trial paused for safety review

Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and immune response of a new HIV vaccine in adults who are already living with HIV and taking medication to control it. The goal is to see if the vaccine can help the body's immune system better fight the virus. The trial is currently suspended and involves 30 participants who will be followed for about two years.
