NCT ID NCT04983030
First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two experimental vaccines and three powerful antibodies can help people with HIV control the virus without needing daily antiretroviral therapy. About 36 adults with well-controlled HIV will receive the vaccines and antibodies, then temporarily stop their regular HIV medications to see if the virus stays suppressed. The goal is to find a safer, more convenient way to manage HIV long-term.
