Kids get lifeline: HIV drug access extended after trial ends
NCT ID NCT06337032
Summary
This study provides continued access to HIV medications for children and adolescents who have successfully completed an earlier Gilead HIV treatment trial. Its main purpose is to allow these young participants to keep receiving their effective treatment while researchers monitor for any safety issues. The study will also allow some participants to switch to a newer, single-tablet HIV regimen.
