Summary

This study aims to help young people living with HIV in Kenya smoothly transition from pediatric to adult HIV care. Researchers will test a youth-led strategy to improve how clinics use a proven transition package. About 1,920 youth and healthcare workers will take part. The goal is to see if this approach helps more youth stay in care and achieve viral suppression.
