Summary
This study tested whether giving a double dose of the HIV medication dolutegravir is safe and effective when taken alongside a specific tuberculosis (TB) treatment regimen. Researchers enrolled 30 adults with both HIV and newly diagnosed TB to see if the adjusted dosing would maintain HIV suppression. The goal was to find the right drug balance to control both infections simultaneously.
