First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether offering HIV and STI testing as a routine, opt-out part of primary care visits increases testing and PrEP use among adults aged 18 to 45 in Mississippi. Researchers will compare standard care to an integrated model where testing and PrEP navigation are built into regular checkups. The goal is to make prevention services easier to access and more widely used.
