Summary
This study is testing whether a special smartphone app designed for people with HIV can help them quit smoking when it's used alongside a lung cancer screening scan. Researchers want to see if 100 participants will use the app and complete the scan, and if this combined approach helps them stop smoking. The goal is to prevent lung cancer and other smoking-related health problems in this high-risk group.
