Summary
This study tested a community-based program called HUG-M+ to improve HIV prevention and care for young Thai men who have sex with men. Over 600 participants in two Thai cities were followed for two years to see if the program increased HIV testing and reduced risky sex. The goal was to see if this approach works better than standard care and could be expanded to other regions.
