Summary
This study tested a community-based program called HUG-M+ to improve HIV prevention and care for young Thai men who have sex with men (YMSM). About 636 participants from two cities in northeastern Thailand took part. The program aimed to increase HIV testing and reduce condomless anal sex over two years. Results could help shape better HIV prevention strategies in Thailand and beyond.
