Summary

This study is testing whether adding special training videos and substance use counseling to standard couples HIV testing helps reduce drug use and HIV transmission risk. It involves 484 male couples where one partner has recently used drugs and engaged in higher-risk sexual behavior. Researchers are comparing four different counseling combinations to see which works best.
