Summary

This study tested different ways to help young gay couples communicate about HIV prevention and get tested together. Researchers compared a program with communication skills training and couple's HIV testing against standard individual testing. The goal was to see which approach better helped young men discuss sexual safety and reduce HIV risk behaviors.
