Summary

This study tests whether giving HIV prevention medication (PrEP) to people right in the emergency department helps them start and stay on treatment. About 250 adults at risk for HIV in Dallas will receive a same-day prescription and a follow-up appointment. The goal is to see if this approach improves access and retention in HIV prevention care.
