Pill burden: how multiple medications affect seniors with HIV
NCT ID NCT07388394
Summary
This study aims to understand how taking many different medications affects the health and independence of people aged 75 and older who are living with HIV. Researchers will collect information from 136 participants at a hospital in France to see how common this 'polypharmacy' is and how it relates to other health conditions and daily function. The goal is to use this information to improve future care plans for this growing population.
