Summary

This study tests whether daily text reminders and small financial rewards can help people with HIV take their medication regularly. About 550 adults in Uganda who recently started HIV treatment will receive these supports for six months. The goal is to see if these simple tools build lasting habits that keep the virus under control and prevent drug resistance.
