Summary
This study tests whether daily text reminders and small financial rewards can help people with HIV take their medication consistently. Researchers will enroll 550 adults in Uganda who recently started HIV treatment. Participants will use a special pill bottle that records each opening, and the study will track adherence for 24 months to see if these simple supports improve long-term health.
