Summary
This study is testing whether daily text message reminders and small financial rewards can help people newly starting HIV medication stick to their daily routine. Researchers in Uganda will enroll 550 adults to see if this combined approach helps people take their pills more consistently over 18 months. The goal is to find a practical and affordable way to improve long-term health for people living with HIV.
