Summary
This study aimed to see if people with well-controlled HIV could maintain viral suppression using just a weekly PRO140 injection, instead of their usual daily pill regimen. It was an extension study for 56 participants who had already successfully completed 48 weeks of a previous PRO140 trial. The research tested three different doses of the injection to evaluate long-term safety and effectiveness in keeping the virus undetectable.
