Can a text chatbot be a coach for people with HIV?
NCT ID NCT06814041
Summary
This study is testing whether a chatbot on WhatsApp can help adults in Nigeria who are newly diagnosed with HIV. The chatbot provides information, answers questions, and sends reminders for appointments and medication. Researchers want to see if using the chatbot improves people's knowledge about HIV and their overall well-being compared to those who only receive standard medical care.
